🐉 Dungeon Mode (PvM Solo Adventure)

Genre: Rogue-lite Adventure | PvE Dungeon Crawler | Discord Bot Platform: Discord Currency: 💰 In-game Gold (convertible to $DBL)

Dungeon Mode is a rogue-lite, turn-based mini-game where players explore randomly generated rooms, face monsters, collect Gold, and survive as long as possible. Strategy, resourcefulness, and a dash of luck decide how deep ye delve... and whether ye live to tell the tale!


🧭 Getting Started

1️⃣ Buy Gear Use /shop to purchase armor, weapons and companions using your Gold. (You can click “Equip now” after purchasing to instantly set one as active, otherwise every purchased item is automatically added to your inventory)

2️⃣ View Your Inventory Use /inventory to view all your purchased gear.

3️⃣ Equip for Battle Use /equip to select your armor, weapon and companion for the dungeon. (Only needed if you didn’t equip during the "Buy Gear" step.)

4️⃣ Check Loadout Use /loadout to confirm what gear is currently equipped.

5️⃣ Enter the Dungeon Use /enter to choose a tier:

  • Easy, Medium, Hard, Dragon and Boss: each affecting enemy stats and Gold scaling.

🧪 Potion Types (usable during dungeon run)

  • ❤️ Healing Potion = Restore +25 HP

  • 💪 Strength Elixir = +5 ATK in next battle

  • 🎯 Luck Elixir = +5% Accuracy in next battle

Potions go into a temporary dungeon loot bag. They expire after use or upon death.


⚔️ Combat System

When ye meet a monster:

  • A random beast is selected based on tier

  • Monster stats: HP, ATK, Accuracy, Element, Gold reward, potion drop

Combat turn order:

  1. 🛟 Companion attacks (if equipped)

  2. 🗡️ Player attacks (ATK/ACC based on weapon + potion and companion buffs)

  3. 🧟 Monster attacks (with own ACC, ATK and DEF)

Each attack checks for accuracy before applying damage.

🧪 Elemental Combat in the Dungeon

Aye matey, monsters in the dungeons have 1 or even 2 elements and knowing how they clash gives ye a battle edge (or a stingin’ penalty)

☠️ Death & Consequences

💀 Death in Combat:

  • You lose all Gold earned in the run

  • You lose your equipped armor, weapon and companion

  • All potions and mid-run loot are discarded

⚠️ Death by Trap:

  • You lose your Gold and potions,

  • But keep your armor, weapon and companion


💰 Gold & Difficulty Scaling

Choosing your tier affects multiple aspects of gameplay, including enemy strength, reward scaling, and the entry cost:

🎒 Inventory & Temporary Loot

  • Potions found mid-run are stored in a temporary dungeon loot bag

  • This bag is reset after death or exit

  • Potions can be used during the run for tactical advantage, but there is no long-term potion storage (yet!)


Dungeon Mode be a solo adventure full o’ danger, gold, and glory. Bring yer best gear, keep yer wits sharp, and maybe... just maybe... ye’ll make it out alive with yer pockets heavy and yer legend intact.
